Staff accepted inappropriate and violent behaviour of guests. The Wi-Fi is just hopeless.

Cozy environment with a close-knit groups of backpackers.
There aren't enough toilets or showers, if there was a toilet open Id use it right away in case they were all occupied later.

Cheap price and good location. Off street parking also available.
Unclean and messy facilities. It appears the bathrooms and kitchen are rarely cleaned. The 10 bed dorm room (Room 5)appeared to be be used by the backpackers who were working as staff and it was really messy with clothes and personal belongings everywhere. 10-bed dorm room also lets in heaps of the street noise making it very hard to sleep if you have a bed next to the window. I would recommend going for the 8 bed dorm room as its much less noisy and one less flight of stairs.
