Pros (+) Proximity to all sites in CBD, Victoria Market, free public transportation. Friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge of staff. Kitchenette & amenities. Comfort of room & bed. Room size. Modern bathroom. All appliances & plumbing worked properly.
Cons (-) Long waits for lift (and always crowded). Erratically working (or non-working) in-room Wi-Fi. Not enough sugar packets for tea or coffee. Housekeeping service generally did not arrive until 3-4 pm.
