kitchens and location very near to bus stop / tram.
I stay here for 4 nights in winter, on my room they have malfunction heater which only produce noisy at night. I have complained to receptionist but they only give me premises without fixing the heater. towel is not for free, wifi also not for free (which I think this is basic need on this century), bathroom smells awful for me and I think they need to replace the carpets because it smelly.
