The room was large. With good light. The bathroom was substantial and nicely decorated. Nice touches with duck soap and good quality linen.

Many of the rooms, including ours, have no view. We travelled with our dog which landed us an extra 100% surcharge. The valet parking is around the back of the hotel and none of the FOUR other entrances are staffed to help you, even to discover where you should go. Our corridor had the distinct aroma of dog wee too! Memphis is a special place for my husband and I. We were so excited to be going but the Peabody is not where we’d stay next time. The service was lack lustre too.
