Pros (+) Good was great and the rooftop bar was wonderful.
Pros (+) Great location, central to city for food and entertainment within walking distance.
Cons (-) Housekeeping staff didn't keep up to date with replacing amenities. Did not replace towels one day.

Pros (+) Stayed in the presidential suite due to a complimentary upgrade. Very romantic settings with dimming lights, round bed, music speakers. Great honor/wet bar with every refreshment you need. We loved it!!

Cons (-) there was no parking for the hotel, and when we checked in there was nobody at the front desk a bell boy had to go find someone for us

The service was exceptionally cordial, which is more a statement on the times we live in, where a friendly greeting is no longer guaranteed in the service industry. The room was clean and spacious. The location was good, too. Only there one night, so can't say more.
