“The restaurant was very good.. the complementary breakfast was substantial and the dinner was very well prepared.”

“For breakfast, we had a frittata, bacon or sausage, warm almond pastry, toasted bread with butter and bosenberry jam, oj, coffee, fruit, and fried potatoes. We are also offered granola pancakes with the frittata, but turned them down because there was already plenty to eat. We had coffee before breakfast was served, in the keeping room which had a fireplace going. Sarah was excellent in her efforts to make my husband and I comfortable during our stay. We received a room upgrade from Maggie's room in the carriage house to Lucy's room in the main house. Both rooms had wonderful individual over the bed swing-out lighting. We wish every place we stay had so much lighting. Lucy's room also had a sofa, while Maggie's room had a balcony. We received what we needed to be comfortable during our stay.”

“Carol, the property manager, treated us like family. The same goes for every employee we encountered. The breakfasts were phenomenal! The atmosphere was relaxing and accommodating. We enjoyed one of our dinners there and the food couldn't have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”
