Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and friendly, helpful service from the staff. While many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the cleanliness in some cases, there were several complaints about old or broken amenities, such as elevators, carpets, and air conditioning. Opinions on breakfast and bed comfort were mixed, with some guests enjoying these aspects and others finding them lacking. Overall, the hotel is seen as conveniently located with good service, but in need of updates and better maintenance.
