Pros (+) OMG, the location is great, and the STAFF is what's set's them apart. The doormen are over-the-top great, the ladies behind the desk are so friendly. Only wish I had taken a look at the pool and gym!
Cons (-) The ONLY problem is that we had a great room on an upper level and it was almost at the intersection of an imaginary "T" with Calle Amberes. There are 2 bars on Calle Amberes that play music very, very, very loud until at least 2 am if not later and the room isn't soundproof. Normally i can sleep through anything, but this was really loud and my 'fix' was kleenex in the ears. Next time, I'm asking...
