This place is conveniently located behind the Belles Artes
It is in a bad, rough part of town, run down area.
Reception staff were smiled and kind and helpful. Unfortunatelly they dont speak english so comunication was difficult
Internet doesnt work at all. There is not working wi fi. Booking.com should change the description because the hotel lies to its customers. There is a lot of homeles people near by who bother people.
Good location, very close to bus stops, attractions, food and the subway. Internet was decent, even though we were on the 4th floor. Cool artwork on each floor.
The hotel was dated, but that's to be expected for the price. Our bedspread had a couple cigarette burn holes, I feel like it could have been replaced. We had a couple nights where teens were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors and yelling. My spanish isn't great, so I couldn't really do much to stop them, and no one else did either.
Close to Bella's artes
Internet sucked. Carpet looked dirty and water gets on toilet from shower water.
It is close to a metro station and walking distance from the centre. Very cheap.
They have a parking lot and they write on Booking that no reservation is needed but when we arrived, the parking was full so they told us that we had to park on the street and that they would take no responsibility if something happens to the car. The parking lot is pretty small so there are high chances that it is full. The district is dangerous so parking on the street is not a good idea. It is a short walk to the centre but I do not recommend it at night. Their credit card terminal did not work at night but they did not want to give us the room before we pay so we had to pay cash. I guess that policy is based on the many "couples" that come here to pay per hour. WiFi was awful. It did reach the room but only worked from time to time. We could not even download WhatsApp images. You cannot close the window in the bathroom so the whole room gets cold if it is cold outside. There pillow sheets were not really clean and had some hairs.
Located in Mexico City (Historic Center), Hotel Dos Naciones is within a 10-minute walk of Palacio de Bellas Artes and Palacio Postal. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
