“The hotel is right in downtown but not too close to places where loud music is played late into the night. I value quiet when I'm ready to sleep which is usually around 10 PM. The staff (at the front desk, the cleaning personnel, and the rest) are all very friendly and behaved professionally. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. (booked twice: spent a week the first time and booked for a return visit but had to cancel twice because of the CoVid-19 pandemic) There is a closet with ample room with shelves and a place with hangers to hang clothes. There is even a safe box that actually works. There are some restaurants within walking distance. The cathedral and several churches are within easy walking distance. A subway station is a few blocks away and at the same general location is the bus stop for the trolley that will take you directly to the bus terminal (Central Camionera Norte). Most convenient of all for me is the bus stop (Teatro Blanquita) right in front of the hotel for bus line 4 which goes to/from the international airport.”
