Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local amenities. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with many guests noting clean rooms and well-kept spaces. However, there were repeated complaints about the service, particularly at the reception, with several guests describing unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Bed comfort was another area of concern, with multiple reviews mentioning uncomfortable beds or pillows. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stand out as strengths, improvements in service and bedding are needed.

Pros (+) The location was ideal, it's a couple blocks away from all the good restaurant scene of Zona Rosa, the staff is friendly, parking was free, no hidden charges, this is my second stay. The buffet downstairs is much better and now features hot food (eggs, chips with cheese, and other things). Buffet is one of the better ones out there in Mexico City.
Cons (-) We thought it was an all-suite hotel, but it wasn't. Ours was a little worn out and we had leaky shower. The wi-fi was a little spotty, we couldn't find a good spot.
