The location of this hotel was amazing. The lobby was nicely decorated. The staff was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, our bathroom looked quite dirty (stains on the sink, stains on the pipes, etc.). We also had a large footprint stain on the inside of one of our beds. However, the staff was nice when we informed them and changed the sheets immediately. Go for the location but be aware of the cleanliness!

Cons:The hotel wasn’t very clean and housekeeping was not 24/7 so I could get cleaner towels until the morning.

Pros:Cool vibe, great location, spacious shower, street parking limited, but a good deal if you are only doing one overnight.
Cons:No one at check in desk for several minutes when we arrived, terrace was closed for reconstruction, no shelf/ledge in shower so toiletries were placed on floor.

Cons:The word customer service did not exist in this establishment's vocabulary. The décor was fabulous, as was the location. The staff was rude and unaccommodating that it completely detracted from the appeal of the hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning was so loud, it sounded like a quite storm. The valet was unaccommodating and lacked complete customer care. They did not help us four women with any of our bags and did not offer to even get the door of the hotel. Sadly, this was my birthday weekend and being a manager in the industry, my expectations were gravely missed. I would not stay here again. Nor would I ever recommend this hotel to any friend. I would prefer a refund for my miserable one night stay and would strongly advise KAYAK to remove this hotel as a listing. Thank you.

Pros:Great walkable location to all the hot south beach night life. Great associated restaurant at the entry that's reasonably priced. Front staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons:Very teeny tiny room. Worked fine for a couple or a solo, but would be rough for a family. It is an older hotel and not very well insulated for sound - wear your earplugs to sleep.
