Pros (+) Short drive to the beach, comfortable bed
Cons (-) Dirty, worn out room (the photos on the kayak site must have been from years ago), obvious bodily fluid stains on the beadspread, sketchy neighborhood with seedy characters hanging out in the courtyard, air conditioner didn't work right, TV didn't work, and most of all - ridiculously overpriced ($250 for a place you might expect for $30 a night).
