No hangers in closet. No washcloths. When staff brought these items after we went out for the day they left our room open. Door wasn’t even closed all the way.

Cons (-) The wifi was very poor in our room, very frustrating. I think a mini fridge in the room could be something they should add especially if your stay is more then 3days. The room was great just like the picture on the website but the bathroom I must say was very very small not showing on the website.

Pros (+) Central located and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and although in the city didn’t hear the noise of the traffic.
Cons (-) That the restaurant closes so early. Checked in late and wasn’t able to get any food. Was alone and did t want to be going around looking for food.

Cons (-) They could not find my reservation I booked through Kayak. No record of it in their computer. This caused a delay in access to my room. At times the lobby was a bit noisy with loud music
