The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including going out of their way to drive us to our appointment! Very nice people.
They switched us to a bigger room at no extra charge
The Inn has limited breakfast facilities; and a limited range of items.. One can eat in one's room[ a process that I do not like] or one can eat in the Lobby/office area.around a limited table. The room is baerly furnished. I had no reading lamp.when we arrived.....However , one was promptly provided when requested, which was very nice. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous
The room was very big with a big bathroom. Nice amenities (I love a bathrobe, and the Aveda toiletries were a nice touch!). Very comfortable bed!
Could hear our neighbors in the hallway some, but it was brief.
