Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the convenient location and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about the pool being closed or unavailable, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, and inconsistent service. Some guests noted positive experiences with clean rooms and comfortable beds, but others reported musty odors, dirty linens, and unresponsive staff. Breakfast and amenities were generally underwhelming, and several reviewers mentioned that the property felt run down or was under renovation. Overall, the positives were the location and occasional good service, but there are significant areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
