- the location was excellent - 20 m from the metro station - 5 stops from duomo, food shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, - the hotel is completely new and decorated in a modern way, - most poeple from staff very helpfull and nice
- the walls of the room very thin and door not isolated and you can hear everything, your neighbour showering, poeple walking and talking in the hall, etc, - the breakfast was very poor, - one person from staff wasn't very professional, - no elevator (but only two floors and staff offers help with carrying luggage)
