Pros:We loved the Front desk clerks. There was an older gentleman who didn't speak very much english and a younger gentleman who did. Both were SUPER helpful and kind! They even arranged for an early breakfast for us when we needed to take an early taxi to the airport.
Pros:Location next to Milano centrale, friendly staff, ceiling fan, minibar/fridge
Cons:Small rooms, poor AC, shower gets floor wet
