Hit and Miss, infrastructure, location and design were lovely. The pillows and hair dryer were dollar store quality however. The breakfast room was very nice with a well stocked buffet. This is our second stay within a year and we love its safety, closeness to duomo and shopping area, great restaurants. Ease of getting to Linate, Metro and trains.

Pros (+) The hotel is very chic, the staff are helpful, the breakfast is great, and the location is convenient.
Cons (-) It needs storage space—there is a closet but no dresser to put your things in. The mattress was very hard. We had a great stay despite these things and would stay here again.
