Pros (+) We needed a room for a short stay to allow an early morning departure by train to NYC. The staff were all very friendly, the room itself was carefully cleaned and quite comfortable, and breakfast was better than expected.
Cons (-) The property itself both outside and in the hallways was somewhat old and tired. No pool or playroom; it would not have worked for the kids for a longer stay. Soundproofing was not particularly good. Still, overall it was a positive experience.

Pros (+) I have never experienced a more friendly staff all around: front desk, breakfast attendant, maid staff, etc... This will be a must stay hotel for this area.
