Unfriendly staff and very pretentious attitude in restaurant.

Charming French chateau with beautiful views of the Millau viaduct. Staff very helpful and restaurant served great food in atmospheric restaurant in the old guard room. As my partner is in a wheelchair a lovely breakfast was brought to us in our room

Access into hotel a little awkward especially in the dark. Adapted bathroom in disabled room good except bar beside toilet at wrong angle for someone confined to a wheelchair.

A good location, out of the centre of town and overlooking the Millau viaduct. Old section of the hotel is very interesting and characterful. Very good value - fortunately the clock in the adjacent church did not chime at night.

Soundproofing in the room was not great and lack of a shower curtain - minor quibbles for the cost. Main complaint was with the restaurant. Very nice atmosphere and excellent food let down by sloppy service: took one hour ten minutes to get our (cold) starter, one starter was wrong but I wasn't going to send it back after that time and, almost a first for France, I ordered a medium steak and it arrived very well done. Not what I expect of a reasonably expensive restaurant hence we only used it once.

Dinner was strange.
