Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and convenient location, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were several complaints about room cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent breakfast quality and management. Some guests noted issues with bathrooms, room amenities, and noise. Overall, while the hotel excels in service and location, there are areas needing improvement, especially in maintenance and breakfast service.
