Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. Location is pretty central still and everything in Minden's downtown area can be reached by foot.
While the rooms are quiet and the curtains work fine, the smoke detectors above the bed have not one, but two red LEDs brightening up one's night. I understand the need for smoke detectors, but seriously, why that model? Beds could be slightly longer.

Within easy reach of railway station. Quiet location but in town. Pleasant and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast and good meals.
