The location is amazing and the bed was comfortable. The room needs to be updated. It was very worn out and smelled like smoke even though it’s nonsmoking. It was disappointing given the price

Pros (+) This is our go to place for a weekend in Minneapolis. Great location near Guthrie Theatre and river. Rooms are small but very well designed.
