Pros (+) Clean, well equipped self-catering unit, decent internet access in a fairly remote location, excellent value ( ~ $65 USD/night for three night stay).

Cons (-) The 12 KM access road was a bit rough -- mild to moderate corrugations, large rocks -- in a passenger sedan. Would have been nice if this were noted in the property description so we knew about it BEFORE we booked. .
