Near the beach which is beautiful. The pools are large and well kept.
The food was cold and tasteless. Staff seemed overworked and sometimes rude. Decoration needs a overhaul, quite outdated.
The property is geared towards an all-inclusive family stay with fantastic facilities. Pools, waterslides, kids and family entertainment and if this is your cup of tea, then great option! If you don't fancy crowds of people, then best not to visit. We were just stopping over for one night on a trip around Spain, therefore I imagine most people come stay for a week with the correct expectations. My kids loved the pool and slides.
Rooms, although spacious left an awful lot to be desired. They were passably clean, but old and in need of upgrading. We were given a family room which served our sleeping purposes, but the bathroom was quite decrepid with ancient shower doors which did little to keep the water in. Very little character to the hotel or the rooms.

The staff did not speak any English. I called reception twice to fix my AC knowone came. I was even hung up on one time.
