Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location by the Rhine and its proximity to the city center. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. Breakfast receives generally positive feedback for its quality and variety, though a few guests mention limited options. However, several reviews note issues with cleanliness, such as dated rooms, unclean bathrooms, and carpets. Bed comfort is also a concern for some, with complaints about old or uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Overall, the positives of location and service outweigh the negatives for many guests.
