An absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting with space to relax.
This hotel/apartment would be even better with more facilities in the already well equipped kitchen, in particular coffee making facilities and tea towel and dish washing facilities.
The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. the location was also very relaxing and pleasant.
The shower in our room could certainly have been upgraded.
The very poor breakfast
Gianni especially, and all his colleagues at the front desk, worked hard to make our stay enjoyable...suggested and booked restaurants, etc. The views and loacation near Pto. Sto. Stefano are wonderful. The little beach (really just a dock and a big rock!) are modest but extremely pleasant and even a little bit "jet set" feeling. Breakfast on the terrace is simple but tasty and abundant. We booked what we thought was a one-bedroom apartment but got 2 bedrooms and living room!
The hotel is spotlessly clean but the decoration is a bit sterile. It is quite new in a simple modern stucco-and-terracotta sort of way, but the little kitchenettes seem an unused afterthought and that together with the evident fact that absolutely no thought has gone into decorating the rooms gives the place a startlingly utilitarian air, which is a shame because it could be romantic and beautiful, without too much extra effort! I wanted to check "romance/ honeymoon" classification but just couldn't do it because of the decoration of the rooms.
friendly staff, good for the car travelers, fantastic sea view , superb beach, interesting neighborhood
Nice location, nice views, nice and friendly staff, Family room large with big balcony and some sea view, some trees made it impossible to see the whole bay, (could be taken down somewhat). Higher up rooms have great view. But our family room had a big and nice balcony. Nice restaurant terrace with ok food,
Food on the expensive side. Difficult walk to the port, you must pass through 3 tunnels (unless you walk on the heavy traffic road). Only one taxi in the area, expensive.
Loved the location of the property because is was quiet and picturesque. Enjoyed being offered a drink upon our arrival after a long drive. Very warm and personable staff at the front desk.
Wine list could be improved.
Staff was excellent.
Not really on the "beach" and their deck is cramped feeling
The sea view, spacious clean rooms and the access to the beach. A nice place to chill out and relax after a city vacation. We also appreciated the thing that there was a good restaurant in the hotel and didn't have to drive anywhere.
Maybe more comfortable balcony chairs would match better with the overall impression of the hotel. However, we enjoyed our stay a lot.
