Lhp Hotel Montecatini Palace & Spa

I liked its location; Montecatini is interesting and easy to access from Florence airport. Liked the smaller town feel. Liked the access to spas and old town. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Breakfast had good choices.

At first it was difficult to find the hotel in the town. Better directions for travelers using cars on website would help. The staff does respond readily to emails with questions, however they could be more specific.

Nice surroundings.

Room was very small. Poor breakfast and unfriendly waitress.

Roof top pool had amazing views.Meal in restaurant not bad for 15 euros (special offer)

Hotel showed signs of faded glory-parking could be a prob.-we were lucky to get space outside hotel.(3 euros till 8am).Don't drink the water in fridge as you get ripped off-we thought it was complimentary as previous hotel.Not a minibar-just 2 cheap bottles.Cosmos used hotel-not a prob. but could be.

The location was very good.

The swimming pool was unpleasant surprised because we expected better based on the photos of your website. The breakfast was very poor.
