Lufthansa boarding is certainly easier and organized, staff is courteous always. But they can offer better food and definitely better selection of movies onboard. Also, all airlines offer two baggage’s for an international trip except Lufthansa. That needs to be reconsidered. Overall, a good trip. Thanks!
The plane had a landing gear failure. It got rerouted to Pisa. Then lufthansa drove us 3 hours to Verona in the middle of the night with a crazy fast taxi driver. Now we are stuck in Verona for 2 days and they stripped me of my business class flight. What a terrible airline!
Flight was significantly delayed. As always with Air Canada in the last couple of years, weak excuses.
The boarding was a chore, I think the Lagos staff need to be trained on how to handle passengers. They were slow, it seemed as though it was deliberate so people would miss the flight.

The curbside check-in was a great help to us as seniors. We didn't have to worry about our checked bag for the rest of our boarding hoops. Very smooth through security and boarding. We didn't sample the food, but everything else (except the leg room)_was first class. Thanks.
Airlines need to stop scheduling such tight connections, especially when one has to make an international connection. It puts a strain on everyone - the traveler, the airport personnel, security. Also, they lost my luggage.
Flight on an 80 passenger plane was overbooked by 10 people. Next and last flight also overbooked, so that I had to overnight in Seattle and catch a flight the following day. Although my ticket had been purchased from Air Canada, it had been purchased by a third party, so the airline refused to pay for my overnight hotel. The gate agent was polite and did her best to get me on, but she could not do the impossible.
