Very nice, modern and new hotel well located near the old town. Very friendly stall and good breakfast. I would certainly book it again if I go back to Montevideo

Nice big clean rooms with fantastic reception staff who were really helpful in sorting out all our restaurant reservations, bus tickets, taxis, etc.. very friendly and always willing to help!

The manager, Anna, was hugely helpful in explaining where to get to places and how to get there, and offering suggestions. She was very patient and helpful to everyone I saw her talking to. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant. I arrived really late and there was no problem about check-in. The breakfasts were fine. I hate being fobbed off with continental breakfast and so was pleased to get ham and cheese, as well as omelettes, scrambled eggs, etc. cooked to order.
My only quibble was I was there for 3 days/breakfasts and it was identical every day. Nothing else. The review form is pressing me to write more but I don't have anything else to say.

The bed was very comfortable a the room was extra clean. The attendants were helpful.
The coffee tasted awful but I suppose thos is true of Uruguayan coffee in general!
