Amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful old hotel - pretty well original except for good heat pump in the room. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Quiet at night. Fantastic location - can walk everywhere in the old city.

Perfect location next to Plaza Independenzia on the Ciudad Vieja side. Great staff, really helping and good rates. Additionally, if it's not the Ritz, the hotel has a feeling that none of the more modern blocks of concrete can offer with its wooden floors and a vintage elevator?
The breakfast is very basic with coffee and some cake.

This is a nice retro-style hotel in the old city that features an interesting interior, nice balconies, and very kind and friendly staff. I would most certainly return here again in the future due to my high level of satisfaction.
The locks on the room doors are a bit dated, so it can sometimes be a bit tricky to turn the key.

The staff was great and also the location.
I reserved for one night a single room with balcony and they gave me another just with a small window, when I asked for the room I had reserved they told that they don´t have it avaible so I was dissapointed with the room, just because it wasnt what I had reserved.

Hotel staff were friendly, and location was only a few minutes walk from a really vibrant area with great bars, restaurants etc. Room was quite spacious, comfy bed and great shower.
Breakfast was fairly basic but bearing in mind the cost was fine.
