My flight was cancelled twice and the third time I tried to rebook it online I cancelled the flight because it looked like I would get a refund to my credit card. Instead I now have a credit. I was also on hold for three hours waiting for a representative and then disconnected. I will never fly delta again.

Excellent. No issue and it was on time and arrived early, the best!
The flight was oversold and they kept on announcing they were looking for a volunteer to give away their seat, but the announcement has to be louder and clear @ gate 88 and also must precise. Additionally, the departure time kept on changing. But overall it was fine since it was a short flight.
It was terrible! Two hour delays, poor in flight service, made us check our carry on even though there was plenty of overhead storage
Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!
It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there
5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.
Boarding was chaotic. I didn’t finish dinner because I went to bed early. Breakfast omelet was overcooked and tasteless but croissant was better than usual. Plane was dirty—crumbs in every seam and lavatory was poorly maintained (paint peeling, etc.) and toilet paper had not been refreshed before takeoff. No cubby for storage in first and seat was narrow.
Delta is one of the best airlines I have flown
There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.
This airline doesn’t five and dime you for everything. I do think that a checked bag should be included in every fare.
Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.
I liked the friendliness of the crew and comfortable flight. All good.
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.
I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.
It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t
Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.
The flight from PDX to New York was cancelled, and I got rebooked one day later. Because of this I missed a meeting at my final destination, EZE. I now need to stay longer in Argentina, and was told the tariff difference was $780 plus $150 penalty! I am not using my return ticket, and have purchased a one way ticket EZE-PDX for $606 with another airline. SHAMEFUL
Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.
I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).
They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!
The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.
I noticed they didn't take the "seat belts" sign off the whole trip. People got up when they needed to but I thought that was interesting....
Our flight was delayed 2.5 hrs due to plane being too hot! After 1.5 hrs, airline decided to use another plane but had to wait for gate, baggage transfer & beverage transfer. Anyone could tell after first half hour that another plane was required and although did not affect us many would miss connecting flights at Heathrow. I have found the stewards are not the friendliest in the industry and the food is questionable, even as I like airplane food normally, the best of the 2 flights was the yogurt & granola for breakfast.
American cancelled our flight home. Zero option for hotel, alternative transportation and took 3 hours to find our bags so we could take a 3 hour UBER ride home on our dime. Never flying AA again.
Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money
Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,
The flight was smooth, on time and without any issues.
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

I love flying British Airways. The process is efficient and the crews are tremendous.
You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.
On British:Storage box next to seat window broken. Flight delays pre and post trip made us loose connection. Food awful as usual. Their app is terrible. Entertainment had to be booted up several times. Took an hour to get luggage off plane at DFW when we needed to claim and put back on next flight. Crew was fantastic! And, this was return trip. Same delay on flights outbound to Europe! Late for rental car pickup in Italy. American Airlines return portion of trip ok but with delays all around. They got our luggage on flight with minutes to spare but closed gate for our connecting flight. For 2 minutes they could not wait when they know we are connecting? British/American not syncing up?
Everything could be better. Really poor airline service. No communication. Overall rude staff.
I liked the attention to detail also they made sure to ask you if you needed anything.
Baggage handling was very poor, I didn't get my luggage for 4 day's on way back. Neither a responsible person to answer my call. Kindly see my call log on lost luggage reference no BOMBA41916. all details are recorded. Difficult to convince me to fly once again. Sorry for harsh words.
we departed 5 hours late. Instead of 10pm it was after 2AM and the business lounge thew us out at 1AM and everyone was standing around the boarding gates. When we did board, the crew was nice, served dinner and then was not to be seen again until we landed. No breakfast (which is not great for diabetes)
Cancelling our flight, and our entire vacation was a bummer. Would not recommend.
Tv didn’t work till the last hour of the flight. Staff was rude and on a couple occasions was arguing with each other. Food was possible the worst I’ve had on a flight.
