The NH Montevideo Columbia hotel is in a perfect location only minutes from the major tourist attractions of Montevideo such as the Plaza Independencia and the Solis Theatre. Set in the old quarter and right on the banks of the river, you couldn’t choose a better location. The riverside is a wonderful place for biking and jogging and the Port Market is close by for dining and bars, while many company headquarters are not far off either, due to the hotel’s downtown location. There are 136 elegant rooms at NH Montevideo Columbia. Many offer spectacular panoramic views over the Rio de la Plata and all come equipped with free Wi-Fi and LCD TVs. There are connecting rooms and family rooms available. Portón Nuevo is our stylish restaurant offering fabulous views over the water and is where we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options for any taste. Our à-la-carte options for afternoons and evenings feature local and international cuisine, while we also have a modern bar where you can enjoy a light snack and a drink. Enjoy Montevideo’s lovely weather on our 9th floor terrace. For sports enthusiasts, we have a gym and a sauna. There are also 9 meeting rooms for 250 people.
