It's a Residence Inn. It's a Marriott. Have stayed here many times before, when it was an excellent property. But sadly, they must have made a management or ownership change, because now it is awful, a horror show to which this traveler will never return.
Room 343. One window, with a view of a wall 6' away. Ripped and torn carpeting. Bad odors. A bold rodent visitor, who camps under the sleep sofa. "Guests" who believe it's okay to simply drop their orange peels on the floor of the elevator. NEVER. AGAIN.

I didn't care much for the managers facing the doubt is pleasant as a colonoscopy there was no breakfast buffet which is what most people look for when they rent the suites. Also there was a fire alarm pulled which kept us out of our room for over an hour

Their breakfast I understand they can't have a buffet but now they basically throw you I'm not fitting in a bagel no juice nothing to drink it down with no yogurt no choices people behind the desk pretend you're not even there, I don't think they're aware

Some staff members for less than polite for a family hotel I witnessed rudeness and poor excuses for not getting residence I need thing from a couple of creamers 2 shampoo
The room was ok, and the location of the hotel was very useful for my trip. The check-in/check-out process was easy, with plenty of parking.
The room was not fully clean -- trash under the bed, trash cans not emptied. No dish soap. The pull-out couch was not very comfortable and there weren't enough blankets. The price of amenities at the front desk was outrageous.

The room was not properly cleaned. I have stayed here before without issue. There were no blankets for the pullout and they refused to bring any. I was charged for wifi when it's supposed to be free. They did refund it when I pointed that out though.
Had to change rooms, air conditioning was making so much noise that when I called front desk to ask about this, she could hear the noise. I had to go down twice and get my own key exchange.Next room had all cleaning supplies left out.
