Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. The breakfast, often served at the table with a variety of options, was frequently highlighted as a positive aspect. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful service provided by the staff, which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Some reviews noted comfortable beds, though a few mentioned mattresses could be firmer or newer. The main negative mentioned was the lack of on-site parking, though public parking was available nearby.
