The staff were prepared to go the extra mile to ensure you were comfortable e.g. my laundry was placed in my room with my shirts hung in the wardrobe....which was wonderful @ 7Euros....Breakfast was also very good.
The heating did not come on until my final 24hrs there, and the weather was unseasonally cold & sometimes wet last week @ 8-9 deg C

I stayed there for a third time, so no surprises except one with hot water problems in the morning - but they were fixed.

The staff was always very helpful and we didn't expect the generous breakfast buffet.
The cleanliness could be improvable.

The best thing for me there is the private sauna, also location is very convenient.
Beds could be more comfortoable and less squeaking.
