Cons (-) Booked the hotel with only a few bars of battery at the airport only to find out they don't have shuttle service to the hotel. Tried to call the customer service number at KAYAK and waited and waited and waited uuntil my battery died and was forced to book another hotel in person at La Quinta after a nice gentleman driving shuttles gave me a ride there. Cons (-) Front desk employees not professional; casual family owned. Did not give me wake up call as requested which caused me to miss my Lyft and pay a $10 fee. I almost missed my flight, didn't have time for breakfast, and had a very stressful day because of the irresponsible attitude that permeates this selfish culture. Cons (-) The Worst Possible Thing Ever! , my husband & I rented 3 rooms all 3 rooms ran out of toilet paper before we left on Sunday morn. The house keeping was very poor.

Cons (-) I don't know if they were full and put me in the most disgusting room in hotel or if they're all like that. By far the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to walk on the carpet barefoot and wore sandals in the shower. I have stayed in hostels and motels and my room here was grosser than those. Wish I would have asked for a refund and left!!!!
