Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff received many positive mentions for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests noting the rooms and property were well maintained. However, noise was a significant issue for many, especially due to nearby nightlife and an open-air cinema, making it difficult for some to sleep. Room sizes were occasionally mentioned as small, but overall, guests appreciated the value and experience provided by the hotel.
