Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the beach, attractions, and convenience for getting around. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and mold. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with complaints about rude staff and lack of amenities like towels and coffee. Bed comfort was another concern, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. Parking was also problematic, with limited spaces and difficulty finding spots. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, bed comfort, and parking.
