Pros (+) I like that they upgraded my room without charging me and my brother decided he wanted to go last minute. I’d stay here again outdated and needs updated but worth the money

Pros (+) Staff was great location even greater can't complain about the service I received they were wonderful people and the location was beautiful but that is about all they have going for them
Cons (-) Filthy that's the only word I can think of the pool both inside and outside was horrible there were people in the next-door motel shouting and yelling we could not sleep next-door there is a crack motel drunks all hours of the night street si drunks all hours of the night street side everything needs upgraded everything needs painted I could've paid $15 more and stayed in a better place had i know...

Pros (+) We have stayed at several different hotels the last couple months and this hotel was the cleanest by far. Very comfortable room and no worries about bugs. Good wifi. Housekeepers were very nice. It's right next to an entrance to the beach.

Pros (+) The location! The room size for a great price! Oceanfront. Kitchenette. Jetted tub. Balcony. What more do you need?! Half mile walk to the boardwalk. Next to a lovely pierhouse restaurant. I admit I was unsure about this place due to the negative reviews but I was SURPRISED at how wonderful the staff and room were.
Cons (-) It is a little outdated but not complaining for the price!
