Hotel 1-2-3 Nagoya Marunouchi

Typical japanese hotel that was meant more for business purposes, but the staff went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. They were attentive to every feedback and need. The morning breakfast was unexpected and made the start of each day. Location of hotel was very near subway, so extremely convenient as the station was just 3 stops from JR Nagoya Station. A Convenience Store right at exit of subway station made for easy provisioning. And non smoking meant that - first time a japanese hotel indicated non smoking kept its word, as there was no smoke thru the AC system even though 1 floor down was a designated smoking area. Other than smoke drifting up thru the hallway, there was none thru the AC vent system. This made for very comfortable and pleasant sleep, especially for family. There was extra cot for Daughter that was proper sized, and allowed all of us to be comfortable sleeping.

Typical japanese business hotel, so small size. Had to move furniture to allow space for luggage, but there was little room for anything else. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and clean.
