Guests generally appreciated the hotel's helpful and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and satisfying breakfast options. Many found the service to be a highlight, with positive mentions of staff support, airport pickup, and overall hospitality. Cleanliness was consistently noted as a strong point, and the breakfast received praise for its variety and taste. The location, while central, was sometimes described as crowded or difficult to access, and parking was limited. Despite a few negative experiences with room readiness, amenities, and management, most guests felt their stay offered good value and comfort.
