Guests say
Overall, guests praised the hotel for its spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several highlighted the quality of the restaurant. However, some guests reported negative experiences with service, including issues at reception, aggressive staff, and extra charges for early check-in. Cleanliness was also a concern for a few guests, with mentions of bedbugs and poorly maintained rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as room size and comfort stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
