Pros (+) We got a good deal for our room. It was a very nice and clean room.
Cons (-) The free breakfast was pretty much cereal and some fruit so that was disappointing
Cons (-) Terrible rooms, barely slapped together! And the front desk staff was rude when we asked if there has been a mistake in our room assignment. How embarrassing they put their guests in these rooms

Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable :( that would probably be our only complaint! And maybe if the offered water bottles, that would have been beneficial!

Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable and squeezed with every move, we had to ask for an ice bin, and then our alarm clock had no cord/didn't work (very large paper weight) and when we asked for a replacement, no one ever came.

Cons (-) The controls on the heat/AC unit were damaged and we were unable to know what it was set to. The room was very cold when we arrived so we unplugged the unit. The refrigerator made noise also and we unplugged that too.

Cons (-) The room we were assigned was a handicap room. Compared to our traveling companions our room was SUBSTANDARD. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Poorly organized room and just plain disappointing. We had an ajoining suite and the people were loud until after 1 am... For the price we paid for our rooms we expected something nicer... If Ivy is the premier for best western they need to do some upgrad...
