Pros (+) The staff went out of their way to make our stay, and my daughters 21st Birthday trip wonderful!
Cons (-) The people in the room above us acted like a herd of elephants day and night! Stomping around with no regard for others!!

Pros (+) Room was modern, clean and included breakfast. There was an amazing Italian restaurant next door, Il Posto
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable :( that would probably be our only complaint! And maybe if the offered water bottles, that would have been beneficial!

Pros (+) The location was nice, staff was pleasant, large breakfast selection.
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable and squeezed with every move, we had to ask for an ice bin, and then our alarm clock had no cord/didn't work (very large paper weight) and when we asked for a replacement, no one ever came.
