The staff was very nice. It was right on the beach and that was enjoyable.
The food was mediocre for the price; tasted microwaved. The room needs some updating. Bathroom door was falling apart
Location to the beach. Can't ask for better.
Tv had no HD reception. Staff was friendly. Food at the the pool was was too expensive ! 14 dollars for a grilled cheese sandwich !
Love this place
The food was pricey. Beach chairs and umbrella rental way too expensive.
Clean..great location...nice evening entertainment on the beach
Food and beverage a bit expensive and 2 beach chairs and umbrella were $50 per day....ouch
Didn't have to leave resort. Facilities well maintained and modern.
HB's had a limited menu for the upscale dining.
Great beach hotel!
This hotel is on the beach. We stayed for 3 nights and each day we spent our time divided between the pool and the beach. The resort was beautiful.
Food and drink was a little pricey but just as any other nice beach resort would be.
are you kidding? nada!
accomodations were marginal at best. expected an ocean front room-but was forced into ground level hovel because of lack of availability. the place is getting dingier by the year! needs a whole refreshing! its only pluses are location on the gulf and its golf course.
Great Hotel but Pricey
Location great in area with little competition. Classy resort feel with nice pool, grounds, etc. Friendly, effective staff.
Standard room very nice, but a bit dull and very pricey. However full during stay, so priced to the market? And price offset by unexpected free valet parking.
Relaxing on the Gulf of Mexico
Room, pool, beach, shops, pro shop.
Just a great visit.
Disappointed to fabulous
The location can't be beat. You don't even need a car. You can walk the beaches, walk to town, walk to the pier.
The first room we had was terrible. It was on the 3rd floor of the main building. There was no stair access; we had to rely on an elevator which was slow. We could not open the door to the patio overlooking the Gulf because the propane fumes were too strong. Very disappointing. We were however, offered a king room in another building on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. It made all the difference in our stay.
wifi didn't really work, u need to pay money for it.
Cleaning staff was friendly and came twice a day and my daughter loved that they left chocolates on the pillow!
The heat kept coming on when we adjusted the unit, it was like everything was preset and you couldn't change it.
Its position fairly close to Naples downtown and the fabulous beachfront location. Live music by the beach bar at sunset was magic.
Friendliness of staff, unpretentious atmosphere, Tiki Bar, Lobby Bar. Hotel cleaniness, easy to getting around (not too big). Love the two new pools. The spa and golf course are terrific.
Bar area at new pools has sterile environment (unlike Tiki Bar at old pool area). Flys are a problem at pool areas. Old pool area could use renovating (pool and pool deck).
The hotel is located on the beach which makes it a big plus when traveling with kids. The rooms are decorated nicely and have modern amenities. Most rooms are very spacious.
The beach was very nice. That was about all nice things about that hotel.
We did not like the ants, crawling up our legs when we wanted to enjoy the balcony, nor did we enjoy the other ants on our bed. The staff had a very poor service and especially cocktail knowledge. Either the drinks are made entirely from syrup or changed the color from bar to bar ( in the same complex!!) So Mango was yellow at the pool and papaya colored in the restaurant. Oh and they dont serve shots at the bar, maybe they should mention that somewhere. Also, i understand why they do have to serve beer in a can at the pool, i dont understand why you still have to drink the can in the (expensive) restaurant. Also, the deluxe Gulf view room had a direct view on the pool with the gulf in he background, not worth the extra money at all!
alarm went off in the middle of the night - the front desk did not answer the phone for 25 minutes and to top this of the security did not answer the telephone ether. The Food was not good, or cold.
Very comfortable. No problems whatsoever.
Very nice accomations in the Penthouse building. Old Florida luxury.
Ate at hb's 2 nights. Just relaxed

1. It's rediculas to have to walk a block to the Spa and get charged to use the Jacuzi and steam room after your work out. 2. Anytime you charge over $200 for a nights stay the bathroom really should be larger than a postage stamp. 3.Charging $30 a DAY for a chase lounge on the beach???
