Cons (-) This place was a dump. I don’t understand how Ramada has they’re name on this place. I’ve stayed at Ramada’s before and they are not trashy like this. Very dark, stained walls and carpets. We didn’t stay and lost money

Pros (+) We wanted to hotel close to 5th Ave for New Years to limit Uber costs. 3 couples stayed here and had a great time downtown. The hotel is a 50's era motel with two floors and all rooms exit to the outside. Well maintained inside and out. The rooms are fine with a fridge. The bathrooms are very small. For a limited stay its fine.
Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable & clean.
Cons (-) This was not worth $200/night. The bathroom ceiling was about 2 feet shorter than the ceiling throughout the rest of the room. My 6 foot tall fiancé could not walk into the bathroom without ducking and barely fit in the shower. This was a decent hotel room for a 1 night stay, but certainly not worth the price tag. I stayed at a very nice hotel one week earlier in downtown Boston for $150.

Cons (-) Walls are not sound proof. We could hear every door slam and car start along with TV and others conversations. Heated pool was not very warm.
