Good for layovers
It is conveniently located near the airport. Perfect to stay for a night before my flight the next morning.
Meals at restaurant is kinda pricey for the quality of food you get.

Weird
It was very close to the airport and staff were very friendly.
It was dirty and run-down. And it was intolerabley warm with no air conditioning or ability to open a window (I stayed in autumn).

5 min walk from terminal 1, it was close to flight and food if you don't want to go into town. Hotel was a little older, but good for a night. Bigger room than other Japanese airport hotels I've stayed at. They have a shuttle every 20 min to take you to terminals. On site restaurant available. And if landing late or too tired there are Family Mart food and drink machines.

Just one night
Stayed because of my next day flight, the place did its job and I felt comfortable. With late checkout I was able to sleep in till 2pm, flight was at 5pm
