They can’t find my booking and later found it after several minutes.

The Scandic was a very good "business" style hotel. We only stayed one night on our way from Reine in Lofoten to Tromso and it served the purpose of a good, clean place to stay. The restaurant was good both for dinner and for the buffet breakfast.
Checkin with a car is a little strange as it is difficult to tell if you can park at the lobby level (it is a very small space on a busy street with a transit bus stop right at the lobby.
