Overview Reviews
In the heart of Strasbourg, a stone's throw from the Cathedral, the Cour du Corbeau hotel, a member of the MGallery collection, combines history and modernity. In a setting that dates back to 1528, this 4-star hotel elegantly combines the charm of yesteryear with a more modern feel, giving its 63 rooms a unique identity. Guests are invited to step back in time and follow in the footsteps of Marshall Turenne (1647) or travel incognito like the Prussian King Frederick the Great in 1740
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The people at this hotel made it a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and patient with our young kids. The location was great. The building was lovely. Thank you so much!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location, and architecture of the building
Cons: Remote bedroom very difficult to access with heavy luggage, coffee machine inside the room not working, room key card had to be change every time. In general very nice for a 2 star even a 3 star hotel, but not what we expect for sofitel .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great location and a beautiful hotel, wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Old building with character and modern facilities
Cons: Long cobbled walkway make it difficult for luggages
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We did not have breakfast at the hotel. the hotel was IDEALLY located just 5 minutes to the cathedral/central Strasbourg and next door and around the corner and within 2 minutes walk to many restaurants and cafes and shops. it was facing the river although we did not have a view of the river, we overlooked a beautiful courtyard and the room was completely quiet. the housekeeping was superior; the hotel was superior in every way and the staff were lovely and helpful and polite in every way. we loved this hotel and if we come again to Strasbourg would definitely stay the same place. it is a very old historic building but with completely updated accommodation and facilities.
Cons: we were pleased in every way. no complaints whatsoever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, quiet room, tastefully decorated, historic building, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing amazing property. Expensive but worth it.
Cons: Pricey breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous, historic property. We saw other hotels in Alsace, nothing compares to this as far as ambiance, luxury and location. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Hotel Manager and Guillaume made sure our stay was perfect giving us genuine, warm attention and assistance when needed. Centrally located, walking distance to all the prime Strasbourg attractions. Excellent parking literally around the corner. An awesome stay, we will be back.
Cons: Justine. She should not be working in the hospitality industry.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for our wedding anniversary and the staff really made a wonderful effort with flowers in our room. The hotel is very handy to the town and also quiet. The breakfast is outstanding with an enormous selection and probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.
Cons: You can’t park in front of the hotel. We found our way to the building nearby where you can park but it would have been better to include instructions of where to park in the booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old property well maintained with all modern facilities
Cons: Having to leave
9.1 Excellent

C$ 263+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Le Bouclier d'Or places you in the heart of Strasbourg, within a 10-minute walk of Covered Bridge and Strasbourg Cathedral. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift).
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The additional price for the breakfast is not mentioned on the booking com website, so one can asume it is included but in fact it is not. One have to pay additionally 22 euros for it. Ususally at all other hotels it is mentioned price with breakfast and with no breakfast and what it costs additionally.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located in the very heart of Strasburg. Our stay and sleep were really comfortable. I really appreciate the help of the staff about the dinner reservation and luggage. The suggested restaurant outside was excellent. The parking is paid. The information about it was provided in advanced, so it is ok especially for such a center location. Just not to be surprised. I could not say, the facilities are really new. I did also check the small SPA. It was ok, but nothing outstanding, the same for room. From the reviews and description I expected a bit more from design, but the hotel has this french charm. We had the great time in Strasburg. The Petite France is really few steps, but stay there could be noisy because the strong water floows in the channels, so this hotel was good choice.
Cons: The breakfast was not included, so I did not check it.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent locations in the historic center. Very accommodating staff. Amazingly refurbished old building with exposed beams and antique furniture but modern amenities. Super comfortable bed. The spa services were wonderful and perfectly relaxing.
Cons: Some technology issues could be a bit better, the wifi coverage was a bit weak, the tv network was inoperable, and stronger air conditioning would be helpful if staying during a very hot period. However, the overall atmosphere of the hotel and the rooms more than compensated for these small issues.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast, great staff and great service, wonderful room, great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This has to be the best place to stay in Strasbourg. This boutique hotel is beautifully restored complete with art work and 500 year old frescoes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner was there, and she provided great personal attention. Rooms and bath are perfect and large. Very nice bar and patio area. Breakfast may be considered expensive but it is well worth it. Some rooms do not have elevator access so one may want to book in a room with. Strasbourg is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. Would recommend it over Colmar.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and bathroom. Easy access, location is great. Good amenities and generous free minibar.
Cons: The carpets may take some shampooing!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: property was in a very central location, lovely l, well maintained hotel. Had a beautiful room that was very spacious. My kids had their own bed upstairs. The spa was a nice addition.
Cons: Breakfast not included in price if stay and was a bit pricey.

Cons: We couldn’t get in until after 3 pm. We were beat from traveling so would have been nice to have gotten into room a bit earlier
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms
Cons: Getting close with car is a bit difficult. When leaving the valet could not bring the car to the hotel as there was some special happening and security measures in place. Not a problem for us but with any issues walking might be impossible.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, just outside of the main city area but very close to a tram station (or 30 odd minute walk) with great links to the city center and main train station. Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and multilingual. The room was simple but perfect for a base to explore the city. It was clean, the bed was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Only had breakfast one morning but it was good. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Cons: Not all English TV channels were working. Didn't affect our stay too much though as we weren't in the room long enough to want to watch TV.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, modern facilities, good WiFi. Location close to tram to centre of city. Easy self check in.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, new and very clean. Quiet and close to the center via tram.
Cons: Very cold inside, AC turned itself on in the morning. No fridge in our (standard) room, I guess we could have used the whole room as a cooler :) Very late check-in, one of the rooms was not ready 15 minutes before check-in time. Money for the stay blocked on the card 24 hours before arrival (and released after our stay). Then we had to pay one more time for the stay, so count on having 2x times the price of the accommodation available. Some receptionists were not helpful at all.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good service and a clean and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was good.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was very helpful and flexible. The room extremely well cleaned. The breakfast was a lot better than expected. The hotel is only 2 tram stations from the city center.

Pros: This hotel is stylish, charming and authentic. It’s a great choice to explore and enjoy La Petite France.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location. Staff and service.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved this hotel . Great design and attention to detail ... good breakfast also
Cons: A little remote but handy for petite France
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is like a boutique hotel. Quirky but in the best possible way.
Cons: Lack of onsite parking
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautifully maintained, well staffed and perfectly located for exploring the city.
Cons: The pillows are odd by American standards--one too large and the other too hard. The lighting was romantic but inadequate. There should be a mirror over the sink so that one can shave
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The building was unique and beautiful. It is a boutique size hotel with rooms only on one side of the hallway, the other side is all windows so it is bright and the floor plan feels more personal. In addition, the staff were very helpful, they even secured a reservation on short notice at a Micheline star restaurant which will surely escalate my experience, I am going tomorrow night.
Cons: Their restaurant was closed for holidays, I am surprised that a hotel restaurant closes for 2 weeks during tourist high season... although I do respect that everyone deserves a vacation, perhaps it could be arranged differently . I did however appreciate being notified by email a day or two before I arrived. That was a courteous gesture.
10.0 Excellent

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hôtel Gutenberg, you'll be centrally located in Strasbourg, within a 5-minute walk of Strasbourg Cathedral and Alsatian Museum. Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out.
7.0 Good
Cons: Staff grumpy, it's France after all. Wi-Fi doesn't work well at all. Overall not a great atmosphere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great -right near the cathedral. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Our room was quite small and hard to get into.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. Also, the staff was very nice, We had a gorgeous view from the balcony. Unfortunately, when we were there, it was too hot to sit out and enjoy it.
Cons: The breakfast was okay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location near the Cathedral and the river. Within a 15 min walk to Petite France. Staff were very friendly and informative. Room was a bit small but spotless. A walk in shower (instead of over the bath) was wonderful. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Cons: Room was a bit small but have been in worse.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This was the first time that I visited Strasbourg. Without knowing anything about the city, I booked my stay at Hôtel Gutenberg. The location is centrally located The Cathédral Notre Dame de Strasbourg was no more than 150(est) meters away. The part of the city that is located on the island is walkable. There is tram service if one desires. I walked from the train station to the hotel and estimate that it was 15 minutes (I walk fairly quickly). If I return to Strasbourg, I will consider this as my first choice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in the best possible location - the Petite France, the Cathedral, the Place Kléber area, the embankments for river trips, and countless restaurants, nice terraces and shopping areas are all less than 5 minutes walk. The hotle room was very convenient, spacious and clean, with coffee making facilities, fast WiFi (free of charge) and a modern bathroom. You could see the cathedral tower from the window. In spite its central location, the room was extremely quiet. Finally, the included breakfast was very good.
Cons: There is not much not to like, and I will probably book this hotel again. My only gripe was that the air conditioning was controlled by a remote, and it didn't work - in fact, you couldn't control it at all. Hotel staff tried to help but they weren't more succesful than I was. Finally, we agreed to disable it completley, which was not a problem because the nights were cool. I don't know whether I was just unlucky, but this is something you may want to check right away, have it fixed the first day if it doesn't work.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Gutenberg is conveniently situated half a block from Place Gutenberg and two blocks from the Cathedral Square. Not only is the location perfect, it is only a 10 minute walk from the central station (and I mean a real 10 minute stroll from a non walker!) the hotel’s breakfast was varied and plentiful at all hours (even at 10am) and the front desk staff extremely attentive.
Cons: I had a single room on the 4th floor, and the bathroom is quite restrictive but it had an enclosed shower (I hate water getting everywhere) and a very cold AC system ❄️
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really good location in the centre of the town. Pretty good value for money
Cons: There is no clear help with parking. The only parking mentioned is the extortionately priced one across the road (€44/day). There is cheaper parking a short walk away that it would be useful to be told about.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel , great location
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a good location and has a very helpful staff.
Cons: The city is active well into the night and the sounds could be heard from the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Good shower. Nespresso machine .
Cons: Lift too small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location location location . Awesome location in historic district. Just a couple minutes walk to Cathedral. Clean hotel lobby and room very clean Bathroom very modern and my 10 yr old daughter loved the rain showerhead Has a new renovation feel Staff very nice and helpful as a tour guide ask for the tour map Room size not an issue no its not huge but it wasn't tiny either Ask for parking lot location . Sundays you can park on streets for free overnight if you can find a space that saves $30 Make sure you walk city at sunset it's amazing. I heard the boatride at that time is breathtaking
Cons: My daughter thought elevator door shut too slow. Had to put something!

C$ 195+
Overview Reviews
Prestige, history, elegance, cozy charm, located in the heart of Strasbourg, only a few steps away from the Cathedral, and close to the European Institutions, this is a magical place where time seems to have stood still. The Regent Contades, BW Premier Collection® is a magnificent 19th century mansion with a stunning facade. Located on the banks of the River Ill, our establishment is the ideal starting point for an on-foot discovery of Strasbourg, all its places of interest, and its gastronomic delights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, a walking distance to city center, but still very quite. Very nice furnished and clean rooms, bed is very comfortable.
Cons: No parking available at site for bigger cars or info for a long duration parking around. Parking along the street is time limited and need to move the car after 4 h. No luggage ramp at the entrance.
7.5 Good
Pros: We had a nice big room and a wonderful view to a church and river
Cons: The carpet floor in the room was full with stains so it made the cleanness not so good. The bar was not good. The breakfast area too small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very nice bath spacious room Beautiful breakfast room
Cons: Staff didn’t seem interested very like here’s your key and that’s it - Not rude but just not particularly interested - in breakfast room felt bit of an inconvenience lovely hotel building but expensive for locale and maybe expected bit more - but not bad overall - practical choice
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The check-in process was very easy, as was the check-out. Special thanks for taking in our luggage before we checked in - we found it in our room when we got there. The cosmetics were of fine quality. We much appreciated that the hotel kept its eco policy (the towels are not to be changed unless they are on the floor - something many hotels promise but don't execute). Everything was spotless. The breakfast was super good - they had everything one needs to start a day well, including tasty smoothies and delicious American-type pancakes. Plus, the hotel is located just on the outskirts of the strict city centre and easy to get to by tram from the train station.
Cons: Small things: a very noisy air conditioning and placement of lights and power sockets in our room. There was no top light, so to get something on we had to scramble for the small lamps on the sides of the bed or on the desk, and some sockets (notably one by the bedside) were placed in hard-tt-get-to places or looked like they needed repair. The hotel generally looks like it needs some refurbishment,

Pros: It was great, but more than I actually need, so didn't do it every day.
Cons: The room for two people was a bit of a squeeze, but the price was great. After my husband left it was perfect for one person.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room design and hotel location
Cons: Unfortunately our room 001 (ground floor) was incredibly noisy. I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter and any guests coming up or down the stairs (some at 1am, others at 7am) could be clearly heard. As a result we slept very badly despite having requested a quiet room. So I guess great hotel if you sleep upstairs. Otherwise not worth the price.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and design of the room

Pros: Location is absolutely the best one can get in Strasbourg. Staff is super friendly.
Cons: Scrambled eggs were cold. Every morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facility, staff, location....5 stars!!!
Cons: The only complaint would be the air conditioning. However, it was very hot in July! The humidity in the room was terrible. The staff brought us two fans and it did help. Other than that....10!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and helpful staff.
Cons: Breakfast was not included.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel and our room were stunning! It was just what we needed for a 3 day rest between 2 important events we had in Paris and Frankfurt. Our goal was to relax and that's EXACTLY what we did. Beautiful view! Beautiful suite. Great espresso machine in our room (I had to buy the same one back home). Comfortable bed and bath. 2 TVs! Balcony! Beautiful! The most picturesque and stunning photo of my Strasbourg album was taken from the balcony during sunset!
Cons: Unfortunately, three things disappointed us about our stay. First of all, our car service was not aware of how to get into the old part of the city and we could not get in. We had to drag our large suitcases along the cobblestone streets for about 3 blocks in the sweltering heat to be able to get to the hotel. I wish we had been informed about this or offered a car service by the hotel. Secondly, we wanted to take advantage of the spa services the hotel offered. However, the spa just so happened to be closed the exact 3 days of our stay. What a disappointment! Again, I wish the hotel would have informed us about this. Finally, we arrived during a terrible heatwave only to find out that our air conditioning was not working. Luckily, the breeze on the balcony kept it cool in the evening and we were given fans but we had to keep the doors open while we were out. Despite this, we did receive a bit of a reimbursement on one of the days of our stay and we appreciate that they acknowledged our disappointment and made an effort to make it better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect and the service was excellent.
Cons: The bed could’ve been softer.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and cooperation of the staff
8.8 Excellent

Pros: LOCATION ... and loved our Spa experience!
Cons: No mats in Toilet ... cold to the feet!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was awesome. Rooms were small but quiet and adequate.
Cons: Breakfast was so expensive that we decided not to eat at the hotel. Every other hotel we stayed at during our vacation had the breakfast priced about 30% less. If you stay there, plan to have breakfast somewhere else.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice size room and comfortable bed. Good bathroom.
Cons: Restaurant is closed on Sundays and bar does not open until 5.
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff was helpful and accommodating. It would have been a great location if coming by bus or train.
Cons: Very difficult to drive to. We had difficulties finding the property with GPS. Fortunately we were able to find parking as it was a Sunday night. Otherwise you will have to pay for valet parking. Room did not have a view, and was a looked a little dated.
4.7 Okay
Pros: location, services
Cons: night front office manager not particularly welcoming
5.7 Okay
Pros: The location, the installation and design of the lobbies and rooms (excl. bath-room)
Cons: The Sauna is poorly installed , and not in line with the norms used in the rest of the hotel. The Sauna was overheated (110°c) and hotelpersonnel would not correct the temperature.
6.7 Good
Pros: the location is perfect, personel nice and surroundings great.
Cons: -
7.3 Good
Pros: The hotel was so conviently located in teh beautiful area of Petite France, amoung beautiful old buildings, flowers and the water. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants close by.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was large and comfortable, with windows that opened and we had a toilet in a seperate room We were literally above water flowing under our room (Strassburg is known as the Venice of France). There was a computer set up downstairs to access the internet free.
Cons: The breakfast was quite expensive for a meal when you don't actually feel like much to eat (22 Euros per person) so we ate at a cafe literally around the corner from the hotel for a fraction of the price. Wifi in the room was also expensive, so we didn't use our laptop, just the public computer downstairs.
6.0 Good
Pros: great location and very pleasant staff
Cons: bathroom and toilet needed better ventilation. no water provided
7.2 Good
Pros: A lovely spot and a classy modern hotel.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: Lovely rooms
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff, excellent room, good price
Cons: no
7.6 Good
Pros: This is a fine hotel.
Cons: The designers were more interested in design than in comfort or practicality. The bedlamps are charming but do not cast sufficient light for reading. The mirrors are ludicrous. One cannot see one's face or hair in a triangular mirror. As so often, the shower faces in the wrong direction, spraying out into the room.

Pros: Exceptional hotel, starting at the check-in, very friendly, professional and with a smile... The room was very clean, big enough, there is a fan in the bathroom that makes almost no noise. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, there is an excellent winebar, it's located in the center, parking around the corner, price is more then reasonable, the 2 girls that are taking care for the breakfast are very professional and try to satisfy every customer, they greet every customer with a nice "bonjour" and a smile, appreciated this very much. There is also very visible a heart defilibrator. My choice nr 1 for Strasbourg.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great location!!!!
Cons: Administrator who met us was not helpful and friendly. But her colleague next day was quite the opposite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very quaint hotel, indeed, quite charming. A very helpful staff. Central to Strasbourg. The staff were helpful with our restrained breakfast (just coffee and croissants).

6.3 Good
Pros: The location was very good to central downtown activities.
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel is very central located, close to main city attractions, easy to shops restaurants and the river, you can even find underground parking only few minutes away. Main receptionist spoke many languages, night staff was very helpful, generally hotel has a very good friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Only thing is that the bed in our bedroom was a bit short and small. if you are more then 6.2 foot (1.89 m) tall, you might find it uncomfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is very well located, nicely and romantically designed, and the staff is friendly. The only problem we had was that the romance somehow detracts from confort: there is an elevator, but guests have yet to climb a few stepts up and down, and the rooms are small.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Try doggie friendly. Rooms nice and lovely self service bar - it’s nice to have this done on a trust basis..
Cons: The chateau is situated surrounded by lovely woodlands - unfortunately it was extremely hot and humid and the moskitos were vicious so we couldn’t open the windows- so it was really hit and stuffy in the room .. but luckily they are installing air conditioning units now which would have made all the difference - but make sure to bring heavy duty Moskito repellent so that you can enjoy the nice bars and restaurants outdoor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing ,the staff were excellent, very friendly & informative,we were travelling to Switzerland & enjoyed our stay so much we re booked for our return journey.
Cons: Can’t really think of anything we weren’t happy with
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location of the Hotel is very nice and quiete. For a trip to strasbourgh it is a short walk to the bus or tram Station. Staff on the reception on our arriving day was very nice. The room was clean and big enough for two people. The breakfast was a typical French breakfast.
Cons: We didn't like that the breakfast staff was eating breakfast/ waffels while half of the things on the brunch table was empty or missing at 9 am. (Breakfast goes till 10)
7.5 Good
Pros: A bit old fashioned, but quite comfortable and it is surrounded by a great park!
Cons: A bit old fashioned and a bit noisy (noise between rooms)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was far from the inner city, in the forest, silent and fresh air. There was big garden around the castle full of trees and flowers. The castle is old, completely renewed and very nice. The bed was really comfortable. There was a small restaurant outside at the big gate, which is cheap and the food is delicious.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful historic building and surrounding woodland Air conditioning worked well Anti mosquito repellant provided Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: One mattress not comfortable. Had to sleep on other bed. (Two singles put side by side) Didn't realise there was a mosquito repellant provided until I was leaving the room. Would have been good to have been told about it either by staff or with a visible note in the room. As a result had multiple unpleasant bites during my stay. There is a nearby river with stagnant water. Nearest public transport (tram or bus) is 10-15 mins walk away A bit more choice for breakfast would be good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect - close enough to easily walk to/from the train station and the most popular sites of the city, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to ensure a quiet night's sleep. The room was perfectly clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. The staff was super friendly and helpful - and could speak English, a plus for me!
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were fantastic. The area was an ok walking distance to the train station.
Cons: The criteria I had for this booking was close to the station, two single beds and air con - On arrival we were informed because we had booked last minute (and to be fair, I had booked this in the morning for that night) there were no single beds available and the air con was broken. Had I have known this in advance I would have selected a different hotel, however as it was late and I had a younger family member with me I was unable to find an alternative.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Aparthotel Adagio in Strasbourg was just perfect for our stay. A nice room with a small kitchen, Air-con, a balcony, a secure parking, what else do you want and on top of this it was centrally located, a few steps from the old-town! The staff very friendly and the breakfast was included. We go again.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very nice room with little balcony , friendly reception, parking possibility underneath the hotel with easy access. They even offered us to leave the var in the parking after check-out.
Cons: The chromecast in the room wasn’t connecting to the wifi. And the shower with curtain was not 100% practical because of the water getting everywhere. Other than that it was great!

5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff were nice and the location was good.
Cons: The air conditioning temperature could not be reduced below 22 deg. Far too hot for a comfortable sleep at night. The door was so hard to unlock, twice we had to get a member of staff and they couldn't open it either. They only give guests clean towels once a week - unbelievable. We will never stay at this chain again.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's in a more accessible environment
Cons: Since it's an apartment, the rooms are clean once in a week or you pay 20 euros everytime you need the service.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast is served for an extra 8 euro, but because of a high number of reservations, nothing was available to eat, they were out of bread, coffee, juice, the personal was overwhelmed, just a girl preparing everything
7.0 Good
Pros: Worth the money! Near the main train station and from a walking distance to the main island. Would recommend.
Cons: The bathroom smelled like a sewer oppen arriaval. This is probably due to the lack of a smell-canceling component in the shower drain. The management could easily remove this problem by alwsys keeping the drain filled with water or installing a simple lock over the drain... Do not pick the cleaning service in advance for shorter stays, eventho the personel doesn't inform you it is totally unnessecary because it gets cleand anyhow in the end of your stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: No breakfast.
Cons: TV remote did not work and we needed to change batteries, so I asked at the reception. Reception guy noted our room number and promised to come in 10 min. He did not show within 2 hours. Then we go again to the reception and we were explained that they know the problem, but cannot help us. Come on... Such a big hotel does not have new batteries?.. And reception guy can promise you everything and then ignores unless you come again and again...
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The room was spacious and it had a decent view.
Cons: The kitchen sink didn’t drain and after telling the clerk, they called for a repairman that never came, we complained at the next day, they call the repairman again but he never showed up
6.8 Good
Pros: The bed extra comfy
Cons: Location
4.3 Okay
Pros: nothing
Cons: very dirt
8.3 Excellent
Pros: All of it was great, reception great and helpfull...
Cons: No aircon or fan in 37C outside, vending mashine was broken at the time of my stay.. but will be sorted soon
6.8 Good
Cons: I would expect that a 3star property has a hairdryer- which it didnt, unfortunately. I stayed for three nights and there was no instant coffee package for the third day, because there were just 2 when I came and not more was offered. I do not consider this a very complimentary approach, but might be a standard.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was perfect; quiet and central. The apartment room was really nice. Spacious, light, airy, clean and modern but lacking wall hooks for coats etc and there was nowhere to hang damp towels. Good fridge and kitchen was useful and the washing up liquid.
Cons: First impression at reception was not good. This was compounded with the malfunction of the key card upon first use. This malfunction happened another 2 times during our 2 night stay... Wonderful to have a large bath in the bathroom, highly disappointing to be told there was no plug for the said the bath, in the entire building. The one lift was also inadequate.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, big room good facilities
Cons: Bed was terrible, sagged in the middle and very creaky
