Fabulous hotel in perfect location! Stylish and comfortable lobby and rooms with perfect rooftop deck. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bar were great too! They all helped make our trip special.
Valet was extremely lazy every night I had to find them to give them my keys. They never opened the car door. I stayed for four nights every night. I had to come back downstairs to the front desk to get my key card reactivated I could never get an explanation on why my key card never worked for my room. Extremely hospitable staff. Beautiful facilities
The pool was a lifesaver! Sooo many nice people at the hotel. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Location is perfect if you are in town to experience Broadway and all it’s glory. Great location if you’re traveling alone. I even got a proper cwtsh 🙂
Pros (+) easy walk to Broadway without being in the middle of the crowds

Cons (-) It was loud. Even on the 10th floor, we could hear music from Broadway so it was hard to get to sleep and construction is currently going on near there at 6am.
